To maintain our high standards of delivery, AIES also implements a continuous quality assurance program. This includes:
Annual Classroom Evaluations: Formal observations of our SRE facilitators to ensure pedagogical excellence.
Compliance Audits: Regular reviews of facilitator accreditation, Working with Children Checks (WWCC) and adherence to the approved curriculum.
Ongoing Professional Development: Ensuring our team remains up-to-date with the latest classroom management and child protection protocols.
