AIES does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from visitors to our website. However, visitors may submit forms that contain personal information (e.g. applications for religious education services). These forms are forwarded directly to the appropriate recipients for processing. AIES does not extract, store or retain personal information from these submissions.

When accessing the AIES website, the web server automatically generates a log file that records your IP address, date and time of access and pages visited. This information is used solely to monitor website traffic and page usage. It is not used to track or identify individual users.

AIES may delete these log files periodically but reserves the right to retain them indefinitely if necessary.
